What is Cash Gifting?
Private gifting is a concept that is embraced by
a private group of individuals and has been in
existence for many years. Our private activity
does not involve network marketing, multi-level
marketing, or a business or commercial activity.
There are no business transactions, investments
and/or securities involved in this activity. There
is no business or company name or location
and there are no directors, officers,
shareholders or principals. Individuals simply
support each other in a team concept and help
change lives. The concept of private gifting is
based upon the fact that both American and
Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right
to gift property, cash, and other assets, and are
subject to the rules and regulations established
by the laws. The U. S. gifting rules are found in
the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Section 2502-25o04
and 2511, and Canadian Tax Code, Sections
143.3 and 62.0. The law states that one or
more individuals can give a gift to another
individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar
year without any tax liability to either the giver
or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the
gift has already been paid. These gifts are not
included in the gross income of the recipient.

How did this concept begin?
Giving private gifts to one another is an expression of kindness, which has been going on for centuries. Governments have allowed its practice for individuals to share their wealth with families, friends and others.

How does the gifting activity work?
This activity is offered only by means of an exclusive one-to-one private invitation. In this activity, there is no fixed hierarchy of individuals who have an advantageous position or unfair advantage over new participants. Matter fact this program puts money in your pocket before your inviter! Simple, you participate or gift at the $150 level, (you send this to your inviter) then you find your first person and they participate or gift at the $150 level, you put this right into your pocket, so you generated your money back. This is where the money will continue to come in over and over again!

Who can participate and receive cash gifts?
This is a private sharing group of people. Is offered only through an exclusive invitation to individuals over 18 years of age.

Is there a cash gifts company?
There is no company—we are a team of individuals, and we give to one another. We are not a business nor is this an investment. No company can withhold or misplace our/your gift(s). We are totally in charge of our own gifts and gift directly one to another.

How can you give cash gifts to a stranger?
How many times have you given to United Way, the Salvation Army and other charities? You don’t know who received the gift. The only difference here is that this person you gift to will start out as a stranger, but you will get to know them as part of the team, work with them and develop new friendships. We all have met some of the most wonderful people and have made a lot of new friends across the country and the world! These people are giving, they like team dynamics—they are people we want to meet and befriend.

Is this a pyramid?
No, this is not a pyramid scheme. A pyramid is associated with a company or a business. We are not a company, just a private sharing club. There are Cash Gifting Clubs like Captains or Pilot Clubs where the person on the top make money, this is not the case here. There are no highest-ranking club members, its just you, your inviter and or anyone you bring into the private activity.

Why would I want to participate?
If you have failed in an MLM, Homebased Business, are looking for a part time activity, then this may be your solution! Gifting has changed countless lives for the better. Do I have to share this with family and friends?
No. Our private activity directs you to the resources of like-minded individuals that want to change their lives with this activity of cash gifting.

Can I do this part-time?
Yes. Many people work this activity around their existing schedule.

Do I have to be a salesperson to do this program?
No. There is no selling, no solicitation, no pressure and no coercion. It is simply a matter of sharing what is in your heart, of sharing your own reasons for becoming a participant, and your own experiences. We will answer questions for your invited individuals; therefore you don’t have to do any explaining.

Is it legal?
Yes. Churches, civic groups and people from around the world have participated in organized gifting for over 300 years. Laws state; that it is legal for individuals to exchange gifts. In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen’s rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country.

Will all the cash generated be tax-free?
You will need to check with the specific gifting laws in your own country, but to be on the safe side, we would always advise you to declare the gifts you receive in your annual tax return.

Will The Peoples Program work for me in my own country?
Sure it will. The Peoples Program is a global program with many members all around the world. Different currencies are never a problem because you can request cash gifts to be sent to you in your own local currency or request in money order. No matter where you are, The Peoples Program members can start having regular cash gifts delivered direct to their door by overnight courier.

Can I join at any level to begin?
Yes you can. There are Numerous levels from $150 to $10,000. Whatever level you join at, you are also confirmed in the lower levels below. If you are upgrading, you are gifting the difference in the upgraded levels. For instance, if you are at the $150 level and wish to upgrade to the $500 level, you will only need to forward $350, which is the difference between the two levels, to the appropriate party and only one hosting fee for the year!

Is this structure considered a board or a matrix?
No.

How do I get started in this activity?
Get back with the member who invited you or simply revisit their replicated The Peoples Program” website and sign in. Once you complete your personal information that is required and set up your unique username and password, you will be forwarded to your inviters back office where you can choose the levels you wish to participate in.
